FAQ

Common questions.

All questions in Help Center
Who signs a payment?

You set the policy: N-of-M signers on a Safe multisig, with thresholds by amount. Money Suisse never holds the keys.

Can the market see our suppliers and margins?

No. Amounts and counterparties are encrypted on the Swisstronik network. Your accountant and the regulator keep read access to the history.

How will corporate cards work?

Corporate cards are planned. They will draw from capped sub-accounts, so the treasury stays separate.

Can we pay many recipients at once?

Bulk payouts to 150+ countries are planned.

How do we get started?

Send the request form. We reply within one business day; KYB onboarding then takes 3–5 business days once documents are complete. See the full timeline.

Pay suppliers privately.

Amounts stay encrypted. We onboard in small groups.
