Company and supervision

Money Suisse is operated by Sigma Assets GmbH, Gubelstrasse 11, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (UID CHE-123.456.789).

Sigma Assets GmbH is a member of VQF, Verein zur Qualitätssicherung von Finanzdienstleistungen, a self-regulatory organisation recognised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. Membership no. 101 447. VQF supervises our compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

Our operating model

Transit-only: we never hold client funds. Balances sit in self-custodial wallets controlled by the client or, for companies, by a Safe multisig the company controls.

We do not pay interest or yield on stablecoin balances.

Know your customer

Every person is verified before using the Service. Identity checks run in our own verification flow; the result is recorded on-chain as a proof of eligibility, without exposing documents.

Business accounts pass KYB, including verification of beneficial owners and authorised signers.

Privacy and lawful access

Amounts and counterparties are encrypted toward the public on the Swisstronik network. Private does not mean outside the law: Sigma Assets GmbH and the competent authorities keep a lawful disclosure path.

We report suspicious activity to the Swiss Money Laundering Reporting Office (MROS) as required by law.

Stablecoins and reserves

swCHF reserves are to be held 1:1 with a regulated Swiss financial institution, under a guarantee. EURC and USDC are issued by Circle and bridged to the Swisstronik network. Availability is shown by status marks across the site.

Sanctions

We screen clients and transactions against Swiss SECO, EU, UN and US OFAC sanctions lists and do not serve sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.

Supported jurisdictions

Personal accounts: Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the member states of the European Economic Area. Business accounts: companies incorporated in Switzerland, Liechtenstein or the EEA. Other jurisdictions on request.
