What happens to my funds if Money Suisse stops operating?
Your funds sit in your own wallet on Swisstronik, not with us. Export your keys and use them in any compatible wallet.
Can Money Suisse freeze or move my funds?
No. We never hold client funds and cannot sign transfers for you. Only you can freeze your own cards in the app.
Where is my personal data stored?
In Switzerland and the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit. Identity documents never go on-chain.
What if I lose my phone?
Sign in with your passkey on another device or use your recovery. If you lose both, no one can restore access.
How do I report a suspicious transaction?
Freeze the card in the app, then contact support from Help. For a security issue, email security@moneysuisse.com.
