Terms of Use.
General terms for Personal and Business accounts.
Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between you and Sigma Assets GmbH, Gubelstrasse 11, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (UID CHE-123.456.789) (“we”, “us”) for the use of the Money Suisse web and mobile applications (the “Service”).
Additional terms apply to specific features, including the Card Terms and the Fees schedule. If they conflict with these Terms, the specific terms prevail.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity and reside in a supported jurisdiction. Companies must be duly incorporated and pass our business verification (KYB).
We may refuse or end a relationship where required by law or by our risk policy.
Self-custody
Money Suisse is a self-custodial wallet. You control your keys through passkeys and the recovery methods you set up. We never hold your funds and cannot move them on your behalf.
If you lose access to all of your sign-in and recovery methods, we cannot restore access to your assets.
Business accounts
Business accounts run on a Safe multisig controlled by the company. The company defines signers, thresholds and roles and is responsible for keeping them up to date.
Each authorised person must be verified before they can sign or operate the account.
Your obligations
Keep your sign-in methods and devices secure and report any suspected misuse without delay to security@moneysuisse.com.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information. You are responsible for declaring and paying taxes on your assets and transactions.
Fees
Fees are set out in the Fees schedule in force at the time of the transaction. Network costs are shown before you confirm a transaction.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 and publish incidents on status.moneysuisse.com. Features marked In progress or Planned are not part of the Service until they are released.
We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree, you may close your account free of charge.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party token issuers, or the loss of your keys.
Termination
You can close your account at any time in the app. We may end the relationship with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for good cause, including legal or regulatory reasons.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zug, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
