Terms for issuing and using Visa cards.
Card issuer
Money Suisse Visa cards are issued by our card partner under its own terms and licence. Sigma Assets GmbH acts as the distributor of the card and provides the app experience.
By ordering a card you also accept the issuer’s terms, which are shown before you confirm.
Eligibility
Cards are available to verified Personal and Business account holders in supported countries. A card is linked to a balance you control; spending is limited to that balance and your limits.
Limits
Default limits: CHF 5,000 per day and CHF 20,000 per month for Personal accounts. Business accounts set limits per card and per team within their sub-account.
Using your card
Keep your card details and PIN secure. You can freeze and unfreeze the card at any time in the app.
Card payments are converted at the Visa rate plus the fee in the Fees schedule.
Lost cards and disputes
Freeze the card in the app and contact support@moneysuisse.com immediately. Disputed payments must be reported within 60 days of the transaction.
Ending the card
You can cancel your card at any time. The issuer may suspend or cancel a card for legal or security reasons.
